Access and Use Statement of Agreement By requesting access to CAST labs and offices indicated on this form, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the following statements:
- I have read and understand the University of Arkansas Code of Computing Practices.
- I will not bring unauthorized persons into the lab(s).
- I will not "prop" open the doors to the lab(s) to which I have access.
- I will not bring food or beverages into the lab(s).
Valid ID cards issued by the U of A Campus Card Office are required to access CAST labs and office spaces. If you are a student requesting access to the lab(s) please make sure your advisor or other faculty contact is aware of your request as they will be contacted to verify your status.
